+ How much notice do I need to give Matson Catering for ordering?

Notice for ordering: 2 business days prior to event.

+ What time can you deliver?

We deliver between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. For out-of-hours deliveries, including weekends, please contact us

+ Do you recommend a time that would be best for hot food delivery?

Experience tells us that it’s best to take delivery of your catering food 10 minutes prior to the expected arrival of your last guest.

+ Is there a minimum order requirement for deliverable catering?

Yes. Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00pm $100.00 (not including delivery). For out-of-hours deliveries, including weekends, $350.00.

+ Can I place a weekend order for deliverables online?

For all weekend or public holiday orders please Contact Matson Catering directly. We love to talk you through all the options personally and because of our wedding and event schedule we like to keep weekends separate from the online ordering realm!

+ Are there delivery fees?

Food can be picked up free from our Launceston base.

Monday - Friday from $13.00 / Saturday - Sunday POA

For all catering outside Launceston area contact us.

+ Can I pay upon pick up?

Orders must be settled online via credit card/debit card, Visa and MasterCard prior to delivery, unless a corporate account has been set up.

+ I need to cancel my order, do you have a refund policy?

No refund if order is cancelled inside 24 hours of delivery. Decreases in order quantities within 48 hours are subject to approval.

If you need to cancel your order at any time please call our friendly staff to discuss.

+ How will my order be presented? Do I need to buy napkins, etc?

All orders are presented in biodegradable boxes unless white platters are requested.

Cocktail napkins are complimentary. All other disposables can be added to your order prior to check-out.

Platter and equipment replacement fees will be passed on if damaged or not returned.
