Planning your wedding reception at your own home or garden creates something unique and original. Your wedding day can be strikingly different as you get to make the decisions. We can assist you with menus, planning, and service and will travel throughout Tasmania to provide the culinary solutions you're looking for.
So for a spirit of individuality, for a sense of occasion, or just for the grand elegance of it all, having your wedding at your home is a great choice.

At an established venue
We recommend the following venues...
Strathmore, Nile
Tranquil green countryside and beautiful old gardens make for a wonderful setting for your wedding day. This lovely early colonial property is close to the historic village of Evandale, just 25 minutes from Launceston. The grand convict-built homestead built in 1826 is adjacent to the converted stables which provide an elegant setting for your reception. Seating for 120 guests.

Brickendon Estate, Longford
Brickendon, owned and farmed by the same family for over 170 years offers a rare opportunity to experience and enjoy early colonial Tasmania. Have your wedding in the gothic chapel, or in the historic gardens, and your reception in the Sussex Barn. Seating for 100 guests.
Leaning Church Vineyard
Located on the Tamar Valley Wine Route only 20 minutes from Launceston at Lalla, this funky new wine, whisky, wedding, food, art and tourism experience consists of a 97-year-old church, landscaped gardens, three water-lily covered lakes and endless rows of vines, all consitituting a gorgeous wedding venue.
Bay of Fires Vineyard, Pipers River
Located in the Pipers River wine region of Northern Tasmania, Bay of Fires is home to some of Australia's finest cool climate wines. Indulge in a taste of delicious local fare in elegant and tranquil surrounds. Suitable for a stand-up cocktail style reception: 100 guests.
