Trained to perform
All of our staff are trained to do things the Matson way, because we know this gets the sorts of results our clients are after. Responsible Service of Alcohol and food saftey training are other key requirements of today's hospitality industry and our staff hold up-to-date certification.

Available for your event
Matson Catering can provide our professional food, beverage and kitchen staff to service your function. Our staff really are the friendliest, most dedicated and passionate professionals who will strive to create an event that will exceeed your expectations.

Service staff are dressed in our standard uniform of black pants, black shirt and black apron. Presentation is important to us and all staff follow strict guidelines on personal grooming and presentation.
